The following framework will apply to each lesson. Reference this framework through the discussion. And use this framework on each page of your Mentored Action Plan.

  • Where are you today with the issue or topic?
  • Where do you want to be in the future with the issue or topic? (How do I feel when I feel good or fulfilled?)
  • What will it take to get there?
  • What will I do when I fall short of expectation of advancement? What are the triggers that put me off course?
  • What is my recovery plan to get back on track? What is my emergency plan for this issue?
